1. Stand up to exercise, this works your thighs!
Any exercise that requires you to sit down is not natural for our body. It’s less efficient when it comes to losing weight, toning up, etc.
So if you plan on riding a bike to firm up your thighs, I advise against that.
2. Jump rope
Women don’t like to look like boxers, some might, but this exercise is for both. Jump rope! Jumping rope is incredible for toning your legs. I promise you won’t look like a boxer by jumping rope!
The best type of rope to purchase is a weighted one. The weighted ropes make jumping a whole lot easier. Next jump the rope for 1 minute to begin with, then gradually increase to 5 minutes and so on. I suggest you try to fit at least 5 minutes s day into your schedule. If you do this you will have super looking thighs in days! The best time to jump is during commercials while you are home watching TV. Just think 1 – 30 minute show will allow you to reach your goal of 5 minutes of jumping in just one sitting!
3. Get a Mini-trampoline!
Jumping up and down is great work for your legs. The gravity that pulls you down will have a reverse effect on the cellulite in your legs. This is not a cure for cellulite, but every little bit helps! I have to say this is my favorite exercise of all. I hate to hassle with going to the gym, missing classes and not being able to work out in my own home!
Many people prefer to do their workouts in the AM. I watch the news before leaving for work, this allows me a few minutes to rejuvenate my engine and get my day off right!
You want to lose weight - especially around your thighs, give the above tips a try and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the changes to your thighs in 10-12 days!
