I know you know the basics to weight loss. They’re common knowledge by now. But why don’t you follow them? It’s because you “play things by ear” and don’t plan out your meals for the week.
If you planned out your meals and got all the necessary foods on a Sunday, you’re way ahead of the game for losing weight. And the truth is, it’s not that hard to do. It really isn’t. Organizing your meals and your life will ensure success in anything you do!

If you’re not prepared and organized with your diet, then you’re going to eat foods for convenience.
