If you’ve tried almost every diet on the market and you haven’t been losing the desired weight that you want and you followed the diets exactly the way you were supposed to and didn’t lose weight, there is something wrong with the diets, not you. An effective diet will help anybody lose weight.
If diets haven’t been working for you it’s because they aren’t requiring you to cut back on your calorie intake enough, or there not asking you to start a real calorie burning routine. If you cut back on your calories and start burning calories, unless your a freak of nature you will lose weight.
High calorie intake and lack of exercise are the main culprits in weight gain. So you have to get both of those things under control if you want to lose weight. You have to make each one a daily part of your life and you have to exercise self-control when you have a craving for unhealthy foods and you have to motivate yourself when you don’t feel like exercising.
When if comes to weight loss it all boils down to how serious you are about losing weight. You can’t eat junk food, fast food, and other foods high in cholesterol on a daily basis. You have to vary your diet and replace some of those items with healthy alternatives. And you have to add exercise into your daily life. You don’t have to make the gym your new home but you should try to exercise at least 3 times a week.
A daily walk or jog for 1-1.5 miles will start you on the road to burning calories and it’s usually enough for most people to meet there weight loss goals.
